We created this direct mail piece for Avis to attract the leisure market. Travel can be exhausting, aggravating and expensive. Avis developed a program that made the experience of renting a car much more pleasant and affordable.
Children know how to have fun in any situation, so we depicted children playing in a toy car on the cover of the brochure to bring back memories of that exciting feeling we had as children – especially when we were going on vacation! People could relate to the headline, “Remember when traveling was fun?” The inside of the brochure portrayed the children as adults, still enjoying themselves in a convertible that they rented from Avis. The members received a savings card for a discount on their rental vehicle.
